1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cassieops.com and the services provided by CHS Consulting Group LLC, operating as CassieOps.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Business Diagnostic Quiz, $500 Business Assessment, Momentum Operations System (Propel and Elevate subscription tiers), Partnership Ascension program, and System Preservation Mode (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, completing our quiz, booking an assessment, or subscribing to any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

2a. Business Diagnostic Quiz

Our free quiz is a diagnostic tool designed to help service business owners identify operational gaps and determine which Service tier may be appropriate. Quiz results are recommendations only and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of specific outcomes.

2b. $500 Business Assessment

The Business Assessment is a one-time paid service consisting of a live video session with Cassie, delivery of a full call recording, and a custom AI Opportunity Map document. The $500 fee is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including no-shows and cancellations.

If you miss your scheduled appointment or need to reschedule, you may do so one (1) time at no additional charge, provided the rescheduled session is booked and completed within sixty (60) days of the original booking date. If the session is not rescheduled and completed within that 60-day window, the original $500 fee is forfeited and a new $500 fee is required to book a future session.

2c. Momentum Operations System — Propel ($997/month) and Elevate ($1,997/month)

Monthly subscription services that include the design, build, maintenance, and ongoing management of an operations system for your service business. Services include automated workflows, lead management, client communication sequences, monthly reporting, and a monthly check-in from Cassie (Propel: personal Loom video; Elevate: live strategy call or extended Loom by request).

2d. Partnership Ascension ($6,000/month)

A high-touch fractional COO engagement limited to a maximum of three (3) clients at any time. Acceptance is by application only. Scope, deliverables, and terms are confirmed at onboarding.

2e. System Preservation Mode ($299/month)

Available to clients who have completed the initial 90-day build and wish to maintain their active operations system at a reduced rate without ongoing active management. All automations, data, and system infrastructure remain active. Clients may reactivate their full subscription tier with seven (7) days written notice.

3. The 90-Day Clarity Guarantee

For Propel and Elevate subscription clients, CHS Consulting Group LLC (operating as CassieOps.com) offers the following performance guarantee.

At the conclusion of ninety (90) days of active service, the client's system must demonstrate measurable progress in at least two (2) of the following four (4) categories:

(a) Time Saved: A minimum 5% reduction in owner or team hours spent on tasks now automated, as measured against the baseline established during Days 30–60, or a documented upward trend toward that threshold.

(b) Owner Decision Offloading: A minimum 10% of recurring operational decisions now handled by automation or delegated to team members via a documented workflow, or a documented upward trend toward that threshold.

(c) Lead Capture Improvement: A measurable improvement in automated lead response rate — defined as the percentage of inbound inquiries receiving an automated response within five (5) minutes compared to the pre-system baseline. Any documented improvement from baseline satisfies this category.

(d) Admin Task Automation: A minimum of one (1) recurring administrative task — previously requiring manual effort — now fully automated with zero ongoing manual input required.

Guarantee Fulfillment: If at day 90 at least two (2) of the four (4) categories show measurable progress, the guarantee is fulfilled and normal billing resumes for month four.

Guarantee Remedy: If at day 90 fewer than two (2) categories show measurable progress, the month four charge is waived and CHS Consulting Group LLC continues working at no additional cost until at least two (2) categories are fulfilled.

Baseline Establishment: Baselines are established during Days 30–60, documented in the monthly performance report, and agreed upon by both parties. Where a pre-system baseline is zero, any positive measurement constitutes improvement.

Guarantee Conditions: This guarantee applies only where the client has: (i) completed the intake form within five (5) business days of enrollment; (ii) provided timely platform access and responses within 48–72 business hours of request; (iii) maintained active accounts on all required platforms throughout the 90-day period; and (iv) responded to build communications without material delay. Client-caused delays do not constitute a failure by CHS Consulting Group LLC to perform.

This guarantee applies to the first 90 days of initial enrollment only and does not renew or reset upon subscription changes.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are billed in U.S. dollars. Subscription fees are billed monthly on or around the same date each month beginning on the date of enrollment.

The $500 Business Assessment fee is charged at the time of booking via our secure payment processor (Stripe).

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or VAT taxes.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the charge. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your Service may be suspended until payment is resolved.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5a. Monthly Subscriptions (Propel and Elevate)

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. After cancellation, you may elect to continue on System Preservation Mode ($299/month). If you do not elect Preservation Mode, your system will be decommissioned at the end of the final paid period.

5b. Partnership Ascension

Partnership Ascension may be cancelled with thirty (30) days written notice. The final billing cycle begins upon receipt of the cancellation notice.

5c. $500 Business Assessment

The $500 Business Assessment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including no-shows, late cancellations, and advance cancellations. If you need to reschedule, you may do so one (1) time at no additional charge, provided the new session is booked and completed within sixty (60) days of the original booking date. Sessions not rescheduled and completed within that 60-day window result in forfeiture of the fee. A new $500 payment is required to book a future session after the 60-day window has lapsed.

5d. 30-Day Exit Option

Propel and Elevate subscribers may cancel within the first thirty (30) days of enrollment for any reason. You retain your call recording, AI Opportunity Map, and any deliverables received. Active management and ongoing maintenance cease upon cancellation.

6. Client Responsibilities

Complete the onboarding intake form within 5 business days of enrollment

Provide timely access to any platforms, credentials, or information required for system builds

Respond to build-related communications within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48–72 business hours)

Provide accurate and complete business information

Maintain active accounts with any third-party platforms required to operate your system

Delays resulting from the client's failure to meet these responsibilities will not be considered a failure of CHS Consulting Group LLC to perform under the 90-Day Clarity Guarantee.
